Instructions
Step1.Fill in the form and click Submit.

Step 2. After you finish step 1, our system will forward you to a "Printable Form" page. All information you filled-in will be displayed except your credit card data. Please fill in your credit card data, print the form out, then sign your name (Don't forget!) and Fax it to us:

Step 3. Send a picture of your product to us in one week:
You can choose one of the following ways to send the picture :

(1) If you have put the picture on your company's web page, you can tell us its location.

(2) You can also mail us catalog (containing photos of your product) directly.

(3) You can send us the picture of your product via e-mail, attaching your picture as a *.jpg or *.gif file.

(4) You can simply make use of the "UPLOAD" function featured in the application form. Please rember to input the correct path of your picture file.
Notice:If you use the aforementioned (3) or (4) approach, the picture you send us must be in the size of 500x300(pixels) !

Step 4. It takes us about 1~2 weeks to deal with the application forms and place your announcement on web pages. When we have processed the payment of the fee, we will give notify you via e-mail and list the content of your application for confirmation.
